About The Inn

The Thelbridge Cross Inn has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and first-time visitors are delighted to discover the genuine hospitality extended to them by all of the family and staff. The service is professional without being overly formal, and the close-knit family atmosphere means that service can be tailored to guests' individual needs and requirements, and our team of staff will strive to cater for any special requests visitors may have.

Food and refreshments are available all day and evening in the lounge, bar areas and two main dining rooms. Apart from the usual breakfast, lunch or dinner, you may like to try an afternoon cream tea, or perhaps request a packed lunch to take with you on your day out sightseeing. The choice is endless.

Our friendly locals are always pleased to meet new guests and will be glad to entertain if desired, with a story or anecdote told over a pint or two of real ale.

In 2004 the Inn was extended to add the Dukes Function Suite, the new purpose-built conference & banqueting facility which is available for a wide range of functions and is very popular for wedding receptions.
